3. Payments
Orders are processed through Kickstarter. All payments are processed securely through Kickstarter's payment system. We'll never store your full payment information on our servers.

4. Product Delivery and Timeline
We're working hard to deliver your booktok.ART AI ArtClock™ by December 2025. Since each piece is crafted in small batches with hand-calibration and framing, we prioritize quality over speed. Here's what you can expect:

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change! Whether you need to modify your order size, update shipping details, adjust delivery timing, or have any other special requests, please reach out to us. We'll work with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
Important: Refunds are only available for manufacturing errors or defects. Standard cancellations (change of mind, etc.) do not qualify for refunds once production has begun, as we invest in premium materials and handcrafted production.

The booktok.ART name, logo, AI ArtClock™ trademark, design, and all content on our website are protected by intellectual property laws. You can't copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
The AI ArtClock™ features our proprietary AI-Powered Creative ART Engine that generates unique artistic illustrations. These AI-generated artworks are protected by copyright.
The literary quotes we use are either in the public domain or used with proper licensing. We respect authors' rights and work to ensure all content is properly attributed. We've curated 10,000+ quotes spanning 7 centuries of literature.
